Coral customers with 90% payment

CORAL CUSTOMERS
Had a discussion with Haris at Emaar, he explained to me that, those who have paid 90% as of 31st December 2016.
1. will be eligible for rent from 1st of Jan 2017.
2. Rent will be adjusted in final payment on possession
3. All late payments accumulated on individual account post executing revised amended settlement agreement will be charged and adjusted through rent payment on final settlement.
Please give your opinion and suggestions.

what is rate of late payment charges ( as late payment is only on the amount overdue)

1.5% per month on outstanding installment amount.

and what is the rental , as late delivery involves 90% of all payment made

i think its 1000 per day, but not sure on this one. 

Second whats the stage of completion and when is the delivery expected

i have reasons to believe not before December 2017 if we are lucky, but they claim June 2017

no utility availability in near site, without which possession would not be given.

Since last two years they have been shamelessly extending possession.recieved email today going to extend to 2019.better we collectively write them a letter and ask them to make us a presentation.

"We hope to have SSGC connectivity by mid/end October. In parallel talking to DHA for allowing phased occupancy. so starting post SSGC connectivity October"
