Thanks for the reply. Please advise after so many missed delivery dates from your end how can investors believe
in your words .Second , I requested for a visit to site and a presentation to all investors.Why is selective investor allowed a viewing , given preferential rental rates while ordinary one being given repeated missed delivery targets without remorse.
Kindly arrange a presentation and site view at earliest so we can communicate to other. Investors confidence in you is all time low.Hope being a professional organization would respond and rebuild your image

Greetings from Emaar Pakistan.
We are nearly completion our formalities for the handover of the building and expect to start the activity by end December. However, please note that the initial phase of handover comprise of Customer Home Orientation where the customer visit their specific unit and identify the snags which may take another 30-50 days to resolve (depending on the snags). Hence you may assume effective occupancy by end January or February of 2019.
Please be assured that every customer is being dealt in accordance of the terms and condition of the agreement of sale and that all customers are being treated alike without any disparity.

As per your last email you finally confirmed that possession for coral would be handed over in last quarter of 2018.
Kindly advise when would be handed over.Its quite a concern for genuine investors that the date of hand over is deferred again and again creating suspicion and anxiety to get investors.Specially even the reply to emails is not made while some specially favoured investors like Gul are given showing of building and rental compensation at Kibor.
No monthly update brochure is emailed .After so many missed committed dates it is essential for management to arrange a briefing session and a visit to site for all investors and not to few who makes loud noise.
Kindly clarify at the earliest.
