Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking highly experienced candidates to serve as Energy Efficiency Finance Experts on an anticipated donor-funded project in Armenia.
Qualifications
To be considered, candidates must meet or exceed the following qualifications:
- Master's degree in business, finance, environmental economics, or related fields
- Minimum 6 years of experience in finance preferably within the energy, infrastructure, power and/or industrial sectors of Armenia and or surrounding region.
- Strong competency and proven track record in working with multiple stakeholders (including banks, ESCOs, governmental financing authorities, etc.) to develop financing mechanisms with a high preference given to those individuals who have worked for/with international donor-funded projects.
- Experience and skills in developing alternative financial models with an understanding of project finance and cash flow analysis
- Extensive knowledge on world Energy Efficiency practices, with proven knowledge of EU policy/requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly and concisely present information in English and Armenian
- Proficiency in MS-Office applications - Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong inter-personal/team member, communication, and self-motivation skills
- Ability to develop and sustain close relationships with contract managers, project partner organizations, Armenian Government officials, and a wide range of national and international NGOs
- Fluent in English, Armenian, and Russian languages
