All -

As we cruise into the end of the year, I thought it was necessary to send out an email to gauge the general status of our building.  If there are outstanding issues still floating around the building...I'd like to send them in to Orchard Development before the close of the calendar year, so they can adjust budgets as needed.

Below is a list of general concerns that either I've noticed, or people have mentioned to me in passing....

- The front door lock of the building is chronically broken
- Security camera in back alley
- Enhanced security throughout building (back door alarm if left open, access cards instead of button codes, etc.)

Please feel free to add to this list.  I'd like to send something back to Orchard Development by the middle of next week.

who actually owns that area next to the garage? I would think it should be split between them, and annex/us.

With the 3 building in the area, who would be responsible of paying for it? I will call them tomorrow and see what their rates are. I think this is a good idea, if the price is right.

I saw a billboard out on 70 for "Yuckos". Has anyone investigated what
it would cost to have someone come around every now and then and clean
the crap out of the various areas that building residents walk their
dogs? I can't imagine it would be too much if the various dog owners
chipped in.

If you're referring to the gravel pit beside the Terra Cotta garage, it's either owned by Terra Cotta or the city. Either way, the dog owners in the building have been using it as a dog litter box. It's disgusting. I believe bi-weekly clean ups are being done but who knows by who.
