Recycling

Has anyone heard about the possibility of getting recycling bins in
the building? It seems like it would be a good way to minimize our
dumpster and chute problems... and also good for the environment. (I
know there are bins at 14th and Delmar, but something in the building
would be nice.)

Hi Tom,

A recycling program is a great idea and our "Refuse Rooms" most certainly have the space for the accommodations. Unfortunately, this is an addition for the distant future.

At our first association meeting we were told a recycling program was something we could address once the owners took control of the association. As of right now, we are severely deficient in units owned and it seems as though the push by Orchard to sell has slowed to a crawl. Unless we can convince Orchard to put association dues toward the cost of the program, our hands are tied.
