Due to some emails that I've received, I sent Orchard Development an email containing concerns about a few items including the front and back door issues, and this was the response from Josh at Orchard.
"Thanks for the email. I am in the process of having the entire front door
system replaced. It continues to be an issue and we have tried 'quick
fixes' that have not worked. The entire system is in the process of
being redesigned and replaced. The back door key pad is also not working,
however the part that is needed will take 5 weeks to get. I am in the
process of working both a short term and long term solution for this door as
well."
If there are any other major outstanding issues, please let me know and I'll alert Josh immediately.
