I know there's only a few of us on this list but am I the only one who is getting pretty ticked off about the whole gym fiasco????

The new "enhancements" to the gym certainly isn't ideal.  However, I'm not sure if everyone knows the details surrounding the gym situation - which directly affects the lifestyle of the tenant below the workout area.

Being a fellow tenant, I think it's important we respect his needs.  With that being said, the current gym situation affects us ALL now...and the only resolution is for the Ely Walker Management to find a solution that benefits everyone.

Does anyone have Michelle's email address?  I think emailing her directly and letting her know the affects of the current situation could provide some light regarding their future decisions.

I will admit, at first I didn't understand the full impact to the tenant below. However, in the last month, I have had (quite) a few conversations with him and his girlfriend. I completely understand his frustrations and, you're right, this is something that Orchard/Ely Walker Management has to address. It is very concerning to me that they have postponed solutions and improvements.

Unfortunately, now this issue effects us all. The initial time restrictions placed the fitness room were upsetting (to say the least). The second time they were reduced without official notice was even more irritating. Removing the weights is just over the top. Management needs to understand the full impact on other tenants who purchased in this building with the understanding that there was a 24 hour access to a "fitness room." I'll spare you the details of my ordeal but let's just say this has not been fun!

Hopefully we can get somewhere. I think the more tenants that speak up, the better off we are. I would love to hear if you make any progress!

I know there are not a lot of people on the list, but I thought I
should respond and let everyone know on here, I will be moving out
from under the gym probably in the middle of April. Orchard and myself
settled on the deal today, we just have to do some work with the banks
to make the transaction go through. I do not know the plans they have
for the gym floor, but in the meantime no one else will be bothered
until they sell/resell the units under the gym.

Sorry for all the inconvenience this has caused to everyone involved!
