I know there are not a lot of people on the list, but I thought I
should respond and let everyone know on here, I will be moving out
from under the gym probably in the middle of April. Orchard and myself
settled on the deal today, we just have to do some work with the banks
to make the transaction go through. I do not know the plans they have
for the gym floor, but in the meantime no one else will be bothered
until they sell/resell the units under the gym.
Sorry for all the inconvenience this has caused to everyone involved!
