Greetings everyone!

This release fixes issue 47: Replace arbitrary file view source & main file concepts with "Link with Editor and Selection".

That means if you want to see & hear your whole score while editing the parts in separate files, open it or select it in the Score View, then just turn off "Link with Editor and Selection" (the button with two arrows) in the Score & Audio views. (If you have used Eclipse for software development, this behavior must be familiar from the Package Explorer or the History view.) Also, the view controls do not remain visible when there's no score or audio file to display.

I hope this is a simpler, more consistent and more effective approach for every user.
