I had dark-eyed juncos eating from my hand today (not pictured). But for the first time both a tree sparrow,

...and white-throated sparrow...

...ate from my hand - numbers 16 and 17 on a list of species that have done that. But I didn't get them to perch on my hand while eating from it as the other 15 have; I suspect that would take a good deal of time.
Interestingly, a white-throated sparrow stayed dining on our window feeder until 8:46 pm, 29 minutes after official sunset, long after all the other birds had departed for the day. It was dark enough out we could barely see him.
