With a little better lighting, I returned to the Shagawa River on Thursday, March 19.  Only saw 2 swans but they were much closer to the bridge and were accompanied by a couple of Canada Geese and a solitary Ring-necked Duck!  The latter must have viewed the swans as protection because it didn't scoot away as so often happens.  Here are a few of the many shots I took.
