hummingbird feeders?

JourneyNorth reports a hummingbird sighting in Bemidji on April 23 (and sightings farther south in Minnesota and Wisconsin).  Is it time to put out feeders? The forecast has several nights with below freezing temperatures this week.

It seems a little cold at night. I think I am going to wait another week but I don’t want to not have food for the early ones.
