Ely Community Resource Field Trip Today

Today, June 9 at 2:00 we will meet for a walk from the Ely Community Recreation Center at the west end of Main Street (not Sheridan Street) in Ely.  We will walk from their along the City Land adjoining Main Street exploring the forest, Pillow Rock, the Greenstone Core at R&R Transfer and on to the Greenstone outcropping at the Vermilion Campus.

You are welcome to meet with us at 2:00 and join in this walk.  We will be walking good walking surfaces along the city streets.  

Also, anyone who would like to volunteer to take some photos of this group and what they find along the way is welcome.  This is the beginnings of scheduled out with this group throughout the summer.
