Dear EFN  & Loon Watchers,

1** What  date was your ICE OUT ?  What Lake name?

2**Have you seen a PAIR of Loons?  Which lake?  Where they 

     acting like a pair ( swimming & foraging together?)

3** Do you have your MN DNR Loon Watcher survey from 

     Andrew Herberg ? Electronic copy or paper copy?

4**Please try to do at least TWO  observations per month from 

    months of  May, June, July, August, & Sept.....as  then the 

     DNR   data is more complete & reliable as to Loon chick  

     reproductive success.   

5*** You may drop by my front porch  to pick up  PAPER copies

        of  MN DNR  Loon Watcher forms if you need them.
