Korean Birch leaf symptoms

Hello Friends,

I’ve been searching the U of M website to help me find what is wrong with my plant. My best guess is Anthracnose, but the symptoms on the leaves with full brown edges doesn’t really match the Anthracnose description.

Does anyone have a more educated guess?
