Dynamic height for the legend

Hi,

I am building a site with elycharts and i have dynamic contents that needs to be rendered into the charts. I am using pie chart at the moment and it works great

The only problem I am facing is that when i have a lot of fields, hence a lot of legends, the height of the legend is not increasing to the number of fields instead it tries to fit in the box predefined at the start in the template. 

Is there a way to make it dynamic, I found that the width can be made dynamic by specifying it as 'auto' but not so for the height?

Any Ideas?
