Helge Fauskanger has updated his lessons on Ardalambion with the new
info from Vinyar Tengwar #49. This includes information on the verb to
be.

I think Johannes was asking about Helge Fauskanger's lessons, which can
be found here:

However, it is probably useful for newcomers to know about both current
approaches to Tolkien's languages. On one hand, you have people such as
Carl Hostetter, editor of VT, who advocate a respectful study of
Tolkien's writings (including many changing notions all along his 60
years of elvish activity), without any hope of ever "mastering" this
wonderful creation, but fully acknowledging its beauty and complexity.
On the other hand, you have Fauskanger and his disciples, with a more
modern mindset, who consider it OK to tinker with Tolkien's languages,
maybe add a few things here and there (new words, for example),
normalize the grammar to some extent, and start creating new texts...
because why couldn't we share a little bit of Tolkien's not so secret vice?
On both sides of this cultural divide, you can meet people with very
strong opinions, so beware!
