Repos and wiki

The book-specific repository I started creating on github has
moved, to become a subproject of the elua repository.
Sorry for the confusion. Here are the details:

There's already a wiki page for the book contents. When you move that
content under the new structure, can you delete the content on the old
wiki page and replace it with a pointer to the new location at that

Hello  Guys,

This is still just a bit messy but I'll fix everything on the wiki by monday or tuesday (sorry, I'll have to travel tomorrow and will be back on monday).
We had a big power outage on the afternoon (aparently caused by a truck crash nearby) and this messed up my working day :(

Sergio has been added as Admin and as a Collaborator to the Book repo @github.
I'll be glad to add anyone else as a Collaborator if needed. Martin and Sergio can do this too.
