It's a great little guide with helpful insights into the subject of aging. I especially like the section on how not to die because it talks about prevention, ways to cut your risk for disease, and how to find the nutrients you need to stay healthy and fight off disease. Most of us know that we should cut back on unhealthy fats and eat more fruits and vegetables and get more daily exercise, but most of us don't know exactly how or why we should do all of this. This book provides a solution to that. It's a nice little book to read and it may just motivate you to go take more action!
