When my Internet dialler automatically redials several times trying to
obtain a connection, my ELSA MicroLink 56k USB modem occasionally returns a
"modem in use" message and I have to reboot to free the port (COM3). Is this
a known problem and is there any way of freeing the port other than
rebooting? Terminating rnaapp does not work.
