Farmhouse

Hey guys :)

I'm afraid we don't have a farmhouse rented yet for Planning Weekend (which is going to be 14-16th September), which is a bit of a problem.

Does anyone know a place where we can rent in Malta, because so far all the ones we've tried are booked! I just got the name for another one in Qrendi, but I can't find a number where to call.

Is anyone a bit free-ish today so that we can call Estate Agencies (like Remax, Frank Salt u hekk) and maybe they'll know of a couple of places?

Keep in mind we're trying to find quite a large farmhouse which is cut off as much as possible so that we'll be able to have a good ELSA party on Saturday :)

forget going to an estate agent, theyll charge us comission qas haqq......lets just all look for farmhouses its not that difficult! if mgarr is free then lets just use that one!

Haqq ok... Mela lets all look up! There must be a free farmhouse in the whole of malta! The one of marsascala is an apartment so worst comes to worst the main goal is to find a place for our planning weekend so kieku we go to the apartment and do the party somewhere else if we really cant find a farmhouse! But first lets looks for farmhouses!

guys jsut spoke to mike cuschieri and he said that in their year they went to a hotel in mellieha he said it was really fun so we could see about that option too!

Guys I know I'm sounding a bit annoying, but has anyone done any farmhouse searching so far? We're still without a farmhouse and planning weekend is less than 3 weeks away now!

I spoke to someone from Mqabba/Qrendi (they're all the same to me) who told me about some farmhouses for rent, suppost she's going to get me their number soon. Imma it's better if we have another alternative just in case. Plus I don't really like the idea of going to a hotel but anyway haha

Guys how many people are we for transition weekend ?

At sundown we have pools and tennis courts, and they re apartments not just rooms will also try see if he can give us a penthouse though not sure if they re part of the refurbished ones. If we wanna drink u ekk we should have a balcony.

My dad gave me the discounted prices which are the the following:

€56 per apartment per night in one bedroom sleeping two.

€75.50 per apartment per night in a two bedroom apartment sleeping four.

I will try push him to go down further with prices if you re interested guys but don't promise :)

frank....ask the guy tell him its an open bar for 70 ppl he should know how much is enough...kieku we get more jsut in case..laqwa its with return so we can return what we dont use! just get his usual price then well compare it to farsons and other places and we see who give us the cheapest quotes...get beer, vodka, whiskey,mixers, gin,alittle bit of wine imma nasheb not alot, bacardi...etc tell him its a party hell know what to give you:)

Mela guys... could you all send me a personal email, or just send it here, of who is in for transition weekend at Sundown and who is not in? Who will be sleeping is the most important room so ill book the rooms!

I will try and get rooms of 4 where possible rather than rooms of 2. 

The price is 75 division by 4= 36 euros per head, if we'll need rooms of 2, we'll split the total between us kieku .

Accomodation does not include breakfast so bring your own since they are apartments, but each apartment has its own kitchenette so kieku if we wanna save on money and cook we may do so.

No Maltese are usually aloud to use the premises, just foreigners since its mostly touristic, but we're the exception.
