it seems they are going for a no frills bootleg style package. the itune sample i heard sounds much better than then and now. i hope they get around to an orchestra show or orchestra rehearsal release

The only thing there is to work from is the mono audio signal from the TV show. Before the concert was released on "Then and Now" they applied some Pro Tools-type plug ins to it like compression, eq and a stereo simulation. If you A - B the TV show audio and "Then and Now", "Then and Now" is an improvement.As for the latest release, I too ordered it and expect it anyday. I was hoping to be surprised with some extra material. (They ended the show with the whole Rondo/knives/organ surfing). I also was hoping for a nice package with lots of liner notes and pictures.
