  • Before posting that our project is the copy of the link you've provided, have you gone through the code of the both? More importantly, have you used both of them? You will find the difference. You can find our source code by checking out from https://mobiledesktop.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/mobiledesktop/src
  • If you are claiming it is a copy of the link you've provided looking only at the user interface in the client side (which is the only similarity we see with our normal mode), let us explain you we completely designed the UI in our own. After making many designs we finally thought this to be the best. Due to the shortage of the keys in the mobile, we had to add the presentation part in a different mode (fit-screen mode). A point to add, all the applications, say GIMP make their UI as user friendly as possible, but we hope you don't call them the copy of Photoshop, do you?
  • Besides other differences, the biggest difference we found between our project and the link you've provided is that we don't find they've got Bluetooth for which we have two versions of server (Linux & Windows) with the use of external APIs so even we don't find any of the external API in the link you provided. Suppose they add the Bluetooth connection option besides GPRS in their project in few days, and you happened to check that project after that, do you still say that we copied from them?
  • You can get a general idea of how we started our project from the scratch by going through the source by checking out from https://mobiledesktop.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/mobiledesktop/trunk. This is where we started this project from. For your knowledge we have designed the similar application for Desktop sharing rather than making it for the mobile first. In this we have created a sample of a VNC like desktop application which we extended for our mobile project. We have codes of different stages of Mobile Desktop since our development.
  • First go through the whole project before you make any claim and before giving the link to the 100% copy on any project.
