It is to inform that, lndia’s Reputed Software Development & IT Infrastructure Services company HCL Technologies Ltd, Chennai people have accepted our invitation and given consent to organize an On-Pool campus recruitment drive on 24^th April, 2015 for BTech/MCA-2013, 14 n 15 Pass Outs. The Process and Eligibility Criteria are as mentioned below.

Eligibility: 55 % through out academics–should not have backlogs at the time of Joining

Designation: Jr. Engineer-Product Support

Job Description: Responsible for giving Technical and Non technical troubleshooting support.

Skills Required: Strong written communication skills, Basic Desktop and computer knowledge. Understanding of ISP/Networking concepts for TSO (Technical Support Officer Position is a must). Possess good organizational and time management skills, Display strong initiative in resolving issues of customers. Should be strong at teamwork. Must be capable of demonstrating problem solving skills. Attentive listener. Ability to use common courtesies, Confident while communicating.

Salary: 1.6 – 1.8 LPA + process allowance and cab service would be free for girls

Selection Process:
1st Round - HR Screening ( GD / JAM)
2nd Round - Voice n Accent
3th Round - HR Round (Final Offer)

DOJ & Job location: Immediate Joining for Passed outs & May’2015 for fresher’s-Preferably Chennai or Across India
