FIT inform me that they will supply an easel, but not the paper. I don't
know if I will have time to buy it myself, but someone could do so when they
get here, if necessary.

The rooms have whiteboards, don't they? I expect most
presenters can do just as well with a whiteboard, and
Thomas Alexander needs only the easel, not the paper
-- he's bringing big sheets already printed for his talk,
if I understand correctly.
