Server Error in '/' Application. The resource cannot be found. Description: HTTP 404

I am having trouble logging onto a site from 2 computers in my office
but other people at home, sister organizations can log on. I can
access every site in the world otherwise whether it is general
information or triple xxx rated. This one site will not let me on and
I get the following error when I do:
