Setting up OUTLOOK email for Elmah in Web.config

Hello,

Has anyone succeeded in setting up Web.config to use Outlook email for Elmah to email us when there is error?

I haven't found any instructions on the web on how to make this option work.

Please advise or point me to right direction. Thank you.
