Hello, first time writer, long time user of this wonderful project.

Today I submit PR 438 to the github repo, which I offer a new type of module which inherits from Elmah.AspNet.ErrorMailModule and adds support for grouping/consolidating exceptions and sending consolidated mails.

The primary goal being reduce sheer volume of mails in high traffic environment without compromising fidelity.
