how config elmah in self hosted web api windows service

to ELMAH

i create windows service and install package web api self hosted

when type .../elmah.axd in url , show this message

No HTTP resource was found that matches the request URI 'http://192.168.43.112:8092/elmah.axd'.

please tell me how solving this problem
