Master's thesis on Elm

I just started my masters in programming development theory, and am trying to find a cool topic. I love functional programming, especially Haskell and recently started looking at Elm. I worked with Elm during my summer internship, and got really excited about the language.

I would like to do something cool related to Elm in my thesis, but I have no clue what. Does anyone have any more concrete suggestions to what I could do?

That sounds great, I would love to see some work on how the elm architecture uses types to ensure correctness. If nothing else I would love to brainstorm on this with you
