Should come with the cycle

This is a must-have item with the desk cycle. Unless you've got a glass top desk and the eyes of an eagle you won't be able to use the cycle mounted display.

I agree, this is indispensable. I would even go so far as to say that they could include it in the DeskCycle and raise the price to cover it. Looking up and seeing that I've already done almost an hour really motivates me to keep pedaling away!
While there is a cord coming out of the DeskCycle, there is also a jack for the extension from this kit-- it's just lower, underneath the front. The review that states that you need an adapter is inaccurate.

Great addition.

Let me start by saying I love the DeskCycle. Great concept, great machine. This display extension is also very nice. Only thing I didn't realize at first was you need to plug the extension cord into the bottom of the machine. The cord coming out of the machine is only used if you attach the display directly to the machine. Thanks to customer service for helping me with that.
