So, I thought to myself, what should I actually
do with all those email addresses I collected on tour? And for that matter, what should I do with all of my friends' email addresses? No way I'm going to email any of those jerks, unless it's to advertise myself.
And then it hit me, I'll start a mailing list!
So there you are. If you don't want to be on my mailing list, there are instructions below for getting out of it. And I'll never even know.
And now for my Charles Ellik impression:

I'm baffled and scared by this, but the Playspace Gallery (at CCA in San Francisco) will be holding a reading from 6 PM Friday to 6 PM Saturday. Various MFA programs and journals are sponsoring hours of it. Guests include Truong Tran, Kevin Killian, Dodie Bellamy, and many other awesome people.
Flyer:

(3) PERPETUAL MOTION ROADSHOW
Perpetual Motion Roadshow is a monthly tour of spoken word, music, and general oddness. In a couple weeks, PMR will be hitting Vancouver, Portland, Ashland, San Francisco, and San Jose. This always makes for a fun night, and it's free.
Info here:
http://www.perpetualmotionroadshow.com/If you come to the San Francisco stop, you'll get the added bonus of Elliot hosting and Patrick Duggan opening.
(4) IDIOLEXICON
Idiolexicon is an online journal of poetry and other things. We just finished a two-week stint with Matt Mason, and even more awesomeness will be coming next week. Read things and submit things and be happy.
