I drive several younger city els a great thing, now I come to my limits. The electronics at mini el is always crazy. Which is already normal.

Yes crazy one must be so again what to drive only original with old engine and rheostat with red number. I want to leave everything in the original as it is.

2. I miss the papers for the TÜV registration here in Germany

3. The circuit diagram Version 1 where the individual relay card is located under the forward lever switch + Wiring diagrams via the evaluation card Tacho with logic module voltage / monitoring ...?    The is under the seat at the Rinkerntrafo is. 4.     The 36V headlight bulbs front and the double-thread bulb 36V brake light / light where do you get something like that yet?

5. The E-PROM 93C46B / where the mileage is in + other data? If somebody knows about it, that's what one of you can copy / program 💾

The documents of Ralf Wagner web page, I already have some are already good hardly legible but still too "new".

Have rebuilt the keyboard for test has not become so nice with 12 buttons 6 hours work madness, but works fine. The CPU Spinte when switching on sporadically LCD running bar speedometer / battery capacity display I have managed again by two used CPU motherboards error was in the E-PROM 93C46B.

Bin  der neue hier auf der Seite mein Name ist Manfred komme aus Deutschland

Ich Fahre  mehrere jüngere City els ein tolle Sache, nun stoße ich an meine grenzen. die Elektronik bei mini el spielt ja immer mahl verrückt. Was ja schon normal ist.

Ja verrückt muss einer so sein so was wieder zu fahren nur Original mit alten Motor und Regelwiderstand mit roter Nummer. Ich möchte alles im Original so belassen wie es ist .

1.Ich habe nun einige Frage an euch die Folien Tastatur hat noch jemand so eine rum fliegen..

2.Bei mir fehlen die Papiere für die TÜV Anmeldung hier in Deutschland

3.Der schaltplan Version 1 wo noch die einzelnen Relais Karte unter dem vor- zurück Hebelschalter ist + Schaltbilder über die auswertkarte Tacho mit Logik Baustein Spannung/ Überwachung ... ?

   Die ist unterm Sitz bei dem Rinkerntrafo ist.

4.Die 36V Scheinwerfer  Lampen vorne und die doppelt faden Lampe 36V Bremslicht / Licht wo bekommt man so was noch?

5.Das E-PROM 93C46B/ wo der Kilometer stand drin ist + sonstige Daten?  Kennt sich jemand damit aus kann so was einer von euch  Kopieren /Programieren

Die unterlagen von  Ralf Wagner web Seite, habe ich schon die sind teilweise schon gut nur kaum lesbar aber doch noch zu "neu".

Habe die Tastatur nachgebaut für Test ist nicht so schön geworden mit 12 Tasten 6 stunden Arbeit Wahnsinn, funktioniert aber gut. Der CPU Spinte beim einschalten sporadisch LCD Lauf Balken Tacho/ Batterie Kapazität Anzeige habe ich wieder hinbekommen durch zwei gebrauchte CPU Hauptplatinen Fehler war im E-PROM 93C46B.

Der Motor Steller soll so bleiben ,die Elektronik habe ich wieder hin bekommen, einzelne Schaltkreise waren defekt.( IC ULN2004 A  / LOGIK-IC CD4093BE  / IC  CD4013BE  / und EE-PROM 93C46B/P DIP8 MICROCHIP / )

Bitte um suche ich gebe dir gerne was dafür.

I am on vaccation this week.

I Will send All dokuments next week.

I have rebuild tastatur and 36v bulbs. No problem.

I can also program eeprom. And have eeprom if you need.

Papers can be problem.

Series 1 S00324 more Problems

All the good things have arrived Thank you. and work.

Still have problems with the series 1 S00324

Here are my questions if I press the horn several times, then all old CPUs and also the new CPU will go into error.
The display goes dark and I restart Mus again.

Do I have something else to annihilate or does the voltage go down or even off the computer while honking?

The horn is indeed installed in front and clamped to ground car why earth at all ground?
The duration plus of battery is about 7.5 A 12V clamped to horn directly. The minus comes from the handlebar push button / lever stick to minus horn. The diode is also in it and ok.
 

 

I hope you can also help me there or from all the other friends in the forum.

No no board. Have tried several must there be one? How big is the board?

The new cpu circuit from you is ok. Have tested other old cpu circuits - always dived the same problem.



I'm going to take pictures again go through the schematics. will continue to report yes even on the dive TÜV have no papers.

Nein keine Platine. Habe mehre ausprobiert muss da eine sein? Wie groß ist die Platine ca.?

Das neue cpu Schaltkreis von dir  ist  Ok.  Habe andere alte cpu Schaltkreise getestet- getaucht immer das selbe Problem.

Ich mache mahl Bilder gehe nochmals die Schaltpläne durch. werde weiter berichten muss ja auch noch über den deuchen TÜV habe keine Papiere .
