I think these guys might be coming from the apartments next to the neighborhood. I see these kids jumping those fences all the time.

I've let them know many times. There's still an empty lot or 2 right behind those fences, so they either kick a board out of the fence to go thru or jump it.

It seems to happen all over Houston. I have a good classmate that lives in the exclusive Royal Oaks subdivision, and they have been having folks jump the fences in their neighborhood too.

We have to get our neighbors more involved and interested.
