Welcome to Ella Crossing, a nice neighborhood in north Houston.

Location

We're bordered by Ella Blvd. to the west, FM 1960 to the north, I-45 to the east, and Richey Rd. to the south. We're centrally located 7 miles north of the Greenspoint area, 20 minutes south of The Woodlands and 22 minutes to downtown Houston. George R. Bush IAH airport and Lone Star College-North Harris are short commutes from our neighborhood as is access to I-45 and Hardy Toll Rd. north or south, Sam Houston Beltway. Willowbrook Mall and Champions are an easy drive using FM 1960. Spring ISD, Bammel Middle School, and Westfield High School are just across the street from the subdivision.

History

The Perry Company constructed homes and townhomes in the first part of the neighborhod circa 2004/2005. In 2011, newer portions of the neighborhood with approximately began being built-out by KB homes.
