Dear Members-

With summer in full swing and many more people are enjoying the outdoors, we would like to ask your help in keeping the community beautiful.  The visual appeal and cleanliness of a neighborhood can significantly impact the resale value of homes, along with the satisfaction homeowners receive from their community.

We would like to ask for your help in keeping yards and lawns well-maintained throughout the summer to help maintain the beauty of the neighborhood and to properly dispose of trimmings.

Please ensure friends and visitors utilize waste containers when visiting the neighborhood to prevent refuse and litter throughout the neighborhood.

Help ensure that all glass products are disposed of properly to protect children and to prevent broken glass on our community streets.

Please keep in mind when grilling outside this summer that location is everything. Help prevent fires, destruction of property and injuries by placing your grill a safe distance from buildings, homes and areas where children are at play.
