FM 1960 group to meet Aug. 6

The Friends and Neighbors of FM 1960 West group will hold a meeting at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 6, in Spring.

The meeting is one of a series for women within the Friends and Neighbors of FM 1960 West group to promote new friendships and to undertake charitable and humanitarian projects within the community, according to the Friends and Neighbors of FM 1960 West press release. Activities include mah-jongg, book clubs, bunco, bridge, canasta, golf, and day and overnight trips.

The free event, which is open to everyone, will be held at St. Ignatius Catholic Church, 7810 Cypresswood Drive, Spring.
