how to change port in Rsync server Windowns

Hi i try open port in firewall 873 in local and 8730 in public. and open port 873 in inbound and ounbound windowns firewall.
But i cannot backup file

Have you reviewed the full log by clicking on the file icon to the  right of the log summary?
