Log errors

Greetings, 

I upgraded to latest release and backups appear to be working fine and email notifications are received, but my cron is spitting out these errors:

18:01:06 WARNING   [php] Warning: Undefined array key 5 ["exception" => ErrorException { …}] ["user" => null,"user_email" => "","user_id" => "","user_name" => ""]

Any idea what I need to correct?

How do I provide the traceback? 

For Tick, Elkarbackup shows this:

Hi Eneko,

I solved the second problem. It was a innodb time out setting. The first one though is persistent. Here is the entire log:

Seems your local smtp transport is not working? Elkarbackup is trying to connect to localhost por 25 to send an email, are you sure it is working?

Yes, I think the issue is Swift mail but I don't know how to address it. I see it on both servers now. It does send email.

Each email looks like this (I don't know what "job resetting" means):

Yes, I think the issue is Swift mail but I don't know how to address it. I see it on both servers now. It does send email.

I'm checking v2.0.0 with SMTP and I'm getting the same problem. It can be related to the way we configure the MAILER now in Symfony 4.4.

Yes, I think so. It is fixed now apparently, but I'll wait for our tonight backup jobs to be sure.

Xabi, do you think we could have #509 fixed by tomorrow and release v2.0.1?

Actually I had a typo in my configuration. It seems that everything is working as expected.

@Sean, can you check your mailer configuration? Here you have more info about Swiftmailer configuration options: https://swiftmailer.symfony.com/docs/sending.html#transport-types

Did you installed Elkarbackup with the Deb package or are you using Docker?

Hi Xabi

I am running from the deb package and I'm wondering if it may be my PHP version. I am running PHP 8.0 on Ubuntu 20.04. I am using smtp transport to port 25 without any authentication. The email is delivered, but I receive additional emails from cron displaying PHP errors.

If you are using "localhost" deliberately, you should have a SMTP relay on your host. Is that the case? You can check if you are Exim or similar running in the server:

$ netstat -ntpl|grep ":25"

Can you try sending a test message with the symfony console? Do you see errors?

So, I updated swiftmailer and installed the latest Elkarbackup and no cron errors this morning. I will save that command, however, for future reference.

Using mailservername:port should work.
