Coverage of string concatenation over multiple lines

I use `<>` to concatenate one-line strings (so not using heredoc) that are too long to fit the terminal width, but excoveralls is showing the middle strings as being uncovered. 



 Is this a problem inherited from the the Cover tool in Erlang or something that Elixir is doing when compiling to BEAM so that the middle line gets lost?

Please open up an issue. I can try to do something about it and use the operator line as the binary line.
