[Proposal] Rename :undefined in a child list when using a DynamicSupervisor

Hello, Very simple suggestion which I think would make the use case a bit clearer.
Currently when generating a process using a dynamic supervisor, the resultant name in the list (as provided by Supervisor.which_children/1 is :undefined. I think that while this is fine to show the process is dynamic, it could be clearer by renaming to :dynamic to show the process was started dynamically.

We are following Erlang convention here, and it is unlikely they will change it there, which means it is unlikely it will change in Elixir. Sorry.
