[Proposal] File.position | File.pread - Read from custom position/line

Hi,

I want to implement the following scenarios:
1. a file reader that will read from custom position to a given length
2. read the entire file from line 2 for example

Is it possible to add position ( link ) and pread ( link ) to File module ?
