[Proposal] Control-L keybinding to "clear" iex view

Hey, all! New to the group here, I was looking for any other feature proposals or discussions relating to this, but I didn't find anything.
Most interactive shells I've used for other languages allow you to accomplish what typing "clear" into iex does with a control-L keybinding. Has anyone considered incorporating this into iex?
Not sure what implications this might have or anything, I'd also be willing to try to take a stab at it, but I can't promise anything without possible guidance.

The terminal implementation we use for IEx comes from Erlang. So that would really be a feature proposal for the Erlang/OTP team. I believe they would easily accept it if it can be implemented both for Windows and Unix systems.
