[Proposal] :writable option for belongs_to

Hi all,

I really like the :writable option for field which allows the field to be marked as read-only or disable it from being modified after inserting.

But it doesn't seem like the same option is available on foreign keys defined through belongs_to, which would be very useful for the same reasons as those for having it on field.

If this makes sense, I'm happy to send in a PR.
