[Proposal] Allow :load_in_query option on embeds_many

Currently it raises.

** (ArgumentError) invalid option :load_in_query for embeds_many/3
    (ecto 3.10.3) lib/ecto/schema.ex:2264: Ecto.Schema.check_options!/3
    (ecto 3.10.3) lib/ecto/schema.ex:2106: Ecto.Schema.__embeds_many__/4

    ....

Was wondering why it is not allowed? Shouldn't embedded fields work just like other fields?

I'd like to skip loading some embeds_many to prevent possbile load performance issue.
