1.9.26 not running some apps

Just installed 1.9.26 & cannot get thunar to run, or gqview. I have
uninstalled thunar & removed all personal settings then reinstalled,
but no luck. Some icons don't show up, like the system tray type one
for xpad. Any similar experiences or ideas for a fix??

Hi.
Guess you should give more information about what is happening in that installation.
Why don't you try to run those application from the Terminal? It should tell you what going wrong.
