• All eligible candidates will be considered

• Associate Consultants. - ₹8.00 lakh
• Only candidates who get offered as Management Trainee will be considered for this track

Three years in either of these, you will be all set for a great future in the World of Management/ Sales. You will see our alumni as 

• partner in McKinsey or 
• a fast tracker running strategy for Accenture in multiple companies or 
• globally heading marketing for a CRM company or 
• previous global head of HR for a conversational AI company or 
• owning a chain of restaurants in Mysore despite being first generation entrepreneur 

  In all probability, you will not need an MBA. Most of the above successful guys did not pursue MBA   

• Needless to say, the grind will be as much if not more than the first two trimesters of IIM-A/B/C, etc
• Therefore consider it only if you are someone who works hard to achieve the goals 

  

For the Associate Consultant role, you will need to have had significant positions of responsibility and still better brought great sponsorship for your college festivals
