Hi Friends,
Workforce operates in a recession-proof space. It is entering India and hiring in a big way.
Workforce recently hired freshers for the Professional Services Team through eLitmus - a non-tech role that pays ₹ 7.2 lakhs per annum (tech roles pay higher).
Thanks for making it successful. The company has shortlisted large numbers for hiring.
6 candidates will not make it to the offer stage
This is because the company conducted an in-person offline pH Test and their scores were found to be very different from the online attempted test scores.
Our sympathies for these candidates (list enclosed at the end of the mail)
Going forward more and more companies will conduct an in-person offline pH Test for candidates who are shortlisted
NAB Innovation Centre India (₹ 11 Lakhs), Swiss Re (₹ 14 Lakhs), Continuserve (₹ 4.5 Lakhs), and many more have already done so
This will mostly be on the day of joining and your offer will be withdrawn if there is a difference in performance (there is no cut-off on the eLitmus pH score for shortlisting)
Companies have seen a very good work performance of candidates hired through eLitmus, even the ones with low scores.
Attitude makes up for brilliance. Clearly, if you took the effort to register and then take the eLitmus pH Test - it shows you are taking ownership of your career.
The majority of the candidates do not - Differentiate yourself.
