Hi Friends,


eLitmus is hiring 2023 batch for its 6 to 8-week summer intern program. This is a highly prestigious program in which only the very best will be selected.

After applying, you need to 

  • Fill the google form by clicking the link below.
    • Form link: https://forms.gle/i9Jf7kpsRaF8VhXh9
      • Your candidate id is available on top right once you log in to your eLitmus account and is a 7 digit number
    • Deadline to fill the form is Thursday, 24-Feb 23:59 PM 
  • All those who apply to the job link and fill the form
    • Can expect calls in their account latest by Friday, 25-Feb 11:00 AM
    • Post that they need to accept the invite for the online test by logging into their eLitmus account by 6 PM on Friday
    • Only those who accept the invite will receive instructions for the test


Test will be held on Saturday, 26-Feb at 1:00 PM.



============== Details of selection process ==========


Thanks to all applicants of 2023 batch to the eLitmus Summer Intern program. The program has received 30,000+ applications.


In this program, we seek candidates who can walk on water in their respective fields or have a distinctive X-factor. That explains why we have made the process and instructions complicated.


The process will run as follows:


  • Elimination round

    • Online Test

      • The aptitude test will be held this Saturday, 26th February at 01:00 PM

      • An additional Technical test for those opting for Software roles while filling the form shared above will be conducted at a later date

    • Basis test scores and the following parameters, the pool will be brought down to the top 5%

      • Ability to follow instructions, eye for detail, and ownership

      • Past track record, especially beyond academics which demonstrate resourcefulness & initiative. So please fill up all the forms shared with you accurately and promptly

  • Assignment round

    • This round will be for you to show that you can execute

    • In this, you will be asked to do a small project

  • Interview round

    • Expect rigorously interviews which only the very best can clear
