• You need to be proficient in coding - no matter your branch 
• If stuck with regular and low end work with GCC , India arm of a MNC or mass recruiter - it may be a great option even if it means taking salary cut (but do not apply if your existing salary is more than ₹8 lakh) 
• Drives are planned in person 
• NCR drive in mid October
• Bangalore drive will be announced in due course
