Dear parents,

My name is Yiping Feng, I am parent of Elite Prep school 1st student Matthew Yu.

Our teachers in Elite school work very hard to take care of our children, and are very dedicated to educate our children with knowledge and culture. When the holiday season comes, we really want to show our thanks and appreciations to the teachers. Here, may I please suggest that the parents contribute towards a gift check for each teacher? Doing this will save our time to pick presents and it will also give our teachers a chance to buy something they really like.

If you are interested, please join us this activity, it is completely volunteer and optional for every parent. I would suggest each family to contribute $10~20 or so to each teacher that your child(ren) is with; of course, other amount is also welcome. Below is the list of our teachers:

Kindergarten and 1st grade  - Rochelle ANISH
Music - Robert COLLAZO
Physical Education & Health - Anthony GIGLIOTTI
English - Robert MCTAGUE
Social Studies - Joseph SANDFORD
Math - Zixuan YANG
Chinese - Jeannie Tuan
Dance - Shamida Coney
Science - Amy Xiang
Cleaning and General Housekeeping - Fayziyev Salim

If you want to join, please do so before December 18th, put the total amount of cash inside an envelope, put down your child's name and grade on top of envelope, write down the teacher's name whom you wish to thank for, and corresponding dollar amount that you wish to give to that teacher.

For example:

From: Parent of ,

To: Teacher 1: $N;

Teacher 2: $N;

And hand the envelope to Ms. Betty. After that, don't forget to sign your child's name on the greeting cards that go to teachers that you contributed gift for. (The card should be found in front desk)

We will give the gift check to the teachers on December 18th Thursday. I will follow up with all the parents joining this activity about how much we collected totally and the amount of gift going to each teacher.

Thanks

Yiping
